Job Description
The Revenue Manager will monitor market trends and competitive activity, develop and implement dynamic pricing and yield strategies, and analyse booking patterns to optimise room inventory and mix. The role will produce accurate forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning, manage parity and placement across all distribution channels (brand site, OTAs, GDS, direct), and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to maximise RevPAR and total revenue. Daily use of the PMS (EZEE/OPERA) and reporting tools is required to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor market/marketing trends, competitor positioning, and demand drivers.
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that maximise revenue while remaining competitive.
Analyse historical and in-house booking data to track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and pace.
Forecast demand and revenue; provide yield management projections to support budgeting and strategy.
Optimise inventory and length-of-stay controls across all segments and channels.
Manage distribution channels (brand website, OTAs, GDS, direct) and maintain rate parity and content accuracy.
Review channel performance and cost of acquisition; recommend mix-shift actions.
Produce regular revenue reports and insights for management decision-making.
Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on promotions, packages, and corporate/Group rates.
Ensure data integrity and effective use of the PMS and channel management tools.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar revenue management role.
Prior experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel is required.
Proficient with hotel PMS (e.g., eZee, OPERA) and channel/distribution systems.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/reporting capability.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
