Job Description
Baikal Finance Services is seeking a proactive and results-driven Repossession Specialist – Bodas to manage the recovery of financed motorcycles (bodas) from defaulting clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing losses while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on defaulting boda-boda loan clients
- Locate and repossess financed motorcycles in accordance with company policies
- Engage with clients to negotiate repayments and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate records of repossession activities
- Coordinate with legal and collections teams where necessary
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
- Prepare regular reports on recovery and repossession performance
- Handle repossession cases with professionalism and integrity
