Job Description
Mich Property Managers Limited is looking for highly competent and result oriented persons to fill the following positions
The successful candidates will oversee branch operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and support business growth across assigned locations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery
- Manage staff performance and ensure productivity targets are met
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
- Monitor client relations and ensure high-quality customer service
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Drive efficiency and profitability at branch level
