Job Description
Baikal Finance Services is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Collections to lead and manage the company’s collections function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective debt recovery strategies, minimizing credit risk, and ensuring optimal portfolio performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement collections strategies and policies
- Lead and manage the collections team to achieve recovery targets
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts and recovery processes
- Analyze portfolio performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Engage with clients to negotiate repayment plans
- Prepare and present reports on collections performance
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams
