Job Description
Baikal Finance Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loans Officer to manage loan origination, client assessment, and portfolio monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring responsible lending practices while supporting business growth and financial inclusion.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential loan clients
- Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations
- Process and recommend loan applications
- Monitor loan repayment performance
- Provide financial guidance and support to clients
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate loan records and reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
