  • Risk Awareness: Identify potential risks within client relationships or transactions and escalate them for proper mitigation to protect the bank’s interests.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and gather actionable insights to inform business strategy and provide management with early warnings or growth opportunities.

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in financial business development with a strong background in relationship management, direct selling, and liability mobilization.
