Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will lead the strategic and operational direction of the company’s financial functions. The role focuses on financial planning, enterprise risk management, and upholding sound corporate governance to support long-term growth and shareholder value.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Provide actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making
Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and external audits
Manage company cash flow, financial risk, and investment portfolios
Ensure full compliance with financial laws, standards, and reporting requirements
Strengthen relationships with regulators, investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders
Drive financial transformation, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or Business Administration (BBA)
Professional accounting certification: CPA or ACCA
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior financial management roles within fast-paced environments
Proven track record in driving financial performance, transformation, and risk management
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
