Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and manage long-term financial models and ROI analyses for key enterprises

• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX against budgeted figures

• Analyze profitability of all business lines including macadamia, maize, soybean, honey, and livestock

• Evaluate the financial viability of capital projects such as processing plants and irrigation systems

Accounting & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping in compliance with IFRS and Ugandan tax laws

• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Oversee payroll processes and statutory deductions

• Coordinate audits and ensure clean audit outcomes

Investor & Stakeholder Reporting:

• Prepare detailed board reports and investor updates with financial KPIs

• Support financial due diligence processes and maintain investor data rooms

• Track milestones and variance analyses

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

• Manage relationships with banks and working capital providers

• Oversee payments, vendor reconciliation, FX exposure, and debt servicing

• Monitor cash flow and recommend funding strategies

Budgeting & Controls:

• Lead the annual budgeting process in alignment with strategic goals

• Establish internal financial controls and approval workflows

• Support procurement through cost-benefit analysis and ensure budget compliance
