Overview
Reach A Hand Uganda is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of overseeing budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
This is a critical leadership role requiring deep financial expertise and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Professional Certification: CPA, ACCA, or CIMA — mandatory
Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline with a focus in Finance/Accounting
A postgraduate qualification or Higher Diploma in an accounting-related field is an added advantage
Membership: Active affiliation with a recognized professional accounting body such as:
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU)
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), or any other relevant professional institute
