Quantity Surveyor job at Workforce Africa

Workforce Africa

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

  • Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

  • Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract documents.

  • Assist in the tendering process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders on cost performance and variances.

  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.


  • Provide expert advice on cost management strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost consultancy.
