Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager – Youth Segment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding economic opportunities for youth in Uganda by leading strategic projects that promote financial inclusion and empowerment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with a solid track record in planning, executing, and managing development or youth-centered initiatives. You’ll be responsible for implementing project frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and producing timely reports to ensure project goals are met effectively.

How to Apply
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress against KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Produce high-quality reports, updates, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and applying best practices in project execution.
Ensure all project activities are aligned with FINCA Uganda’s mission to empower youth through financial inclusion.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within financial services, youth programs, or development sectors.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to track KPIs and report project performance accurately.
