• Drive acquisition of new group clients and retention of existing groups.
• Develop sales strategies and campaigns to grow group portfolio across all branches.
• Work with branch teams to achieve group business targets.

Credit Risk Management

• Oversee credit assessments and approval processes for group loans.
• Monitor portfolio quality and implement strategies to minimize delinquency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and coach branch staff and sales teams on group business products.
• Foster a customer-centric and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to optimize processes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk metrics, and business growth.
• Use data and market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on group product initiatives.
