Job Description
He/She will have responsibility for coordinating and supervising procurement of goods and services for the Project.
Project Name: Resilient Livestock Value Chain Project (ReLIV)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible to the Project Coordinator in performing the following duties:
- Carrying out spatial data collection, capturing, analyzing and storing spatial information;
- Designing a spatial database for the livestock sub sector and providing backstop services to all stakeholders;
- Developing spatial data collection tools for all ReLIV project implementing agencies;
- Monitoring space allocation, data placement and creating a data dictionary;
- Liaising with relevant Agencies so as to ensure effective implementation of Government policies on spatial data infrastructure;
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project Coordinator.
