Duties/Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials such as pineapples, packaging, and machinery parts.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to forecast and plan procurement needs based on production schedules.
Ensure a constant supply of raw materials to prevent production delays.
Monitor procurement spending, negotiate favourable terms with suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement procurement policies that ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food/beverage industry
Educational Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Additional skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
