Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and purchase goods and supplies for hotel operations
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate prices
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Prepare procurement reports and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of quality products and services
- Support cost control and budgeting activities
