Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and process guest payments accurately
- Handle cash, mobile money, and card transactions
- Issue receipts and maintain transaction records
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports
- Ensure accountability and proper cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service during transactions
