Develop and implement procurement strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure best value for the organization.
Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
Buy goods, services, and works necessary for the organization's operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stock outs or overstocking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
Professional certifications like CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CPPB (Certified Public Procurement Officer) may be preferred or required.
Experiences:
At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Proven experience in managing procurement processes, contracts, and suppliers.
Experience with procurement software, systems, and technologies (e.g., ERP, e-procurement, contract management).
Experience working in a similar industry or organization (e.g., private sector, public sector, non-profit).
Competencies:
Procurement principles and practices: Knowledge of procurement methods, procedures, and regulations.
Contract management: Ability to prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts.
Supplier relationship management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
