The Law Development Centre (LDC) invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant positions in its Staff Establishment, tenable at any of its campuses:

To compile and compute all procurement requirements from line departments.
To handle suppliers’ correspondences about the procurement procedures and updates.
To liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per contract agreements.
To ensure timely payments to suppliers by liaising with the relevant departments.
To receive and register bids.
To attend to inquiries and notify bidders of the outcome of the bidding process.
To establish, maintain and update procurement filling system, records and supplier database.
To perform any other duties assigned by the Procurement and Disposal Officer.

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education with at least two principal passes.
A Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Computer literacy is a must.
At least two (2) years’ work experience in a related field.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
He/she should be creative and innovative.
Ability to embrace change management.
Computer literate with a strong knowledge of e-procurement.
He/she should be a person of high integrity.
Results Oriented.
Effective communication skills.
High level of integrity
