• Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

Assessment & Student Support

• Design and mark assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
• Supervise and mentor students on academic and professional development.

Academic Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cavendish University Uganda’s academic policies and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities as required.
• Support curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional Conduct

• Uphold the University’s values of integrity, innovation, and ethical leadership.
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
• Represent the University professionally at all times.
