Job Description
The Operations Manager will play a central role in the company’s success by managing day-to-day administrative and business functions. This includes streamlining operations, implementing effective systems and policies, monitoring logistics and budgets, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership team, lead staff across departments, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and business activities while fostering a culture of productivity and performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple departments
Design and implement operational systems and workflows to boost efficiency
Coordinate project delivery by working with cross-functional teams
Oversee budgeting, logistics, and general administrative functions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Support business development and contribute to strategic planning
Lead, train, and coach team members to improve overall performance
Monitor key performance indicators and generate operational reports
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in operations or administrative management (preferably in real estate or related industries)
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/operations management tools
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Must reside in Abuja
