Job Description
The Office Secretary will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, managing inventories, preparing correspondence and presentations, and maintaining efficient filing systems. The role also involves scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, as well as supporting the team in planning events and meetings. Confidentiality, efficiency, and strong organizational skills are essential.

How to Apply
Manage and organize daily office operations and procedures
Perform general administrative duties including inventory control
Assist with planning and preparing company events and meetings
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Provide administrative support to staff and management
BSc or HND in a relevant field
Additional certification as Administrative Assistant or Secretary is an advantage (female candidates preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
