How to Apply
Oversee procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and servicing of motorbikes
Ensure high-quality production and timely assembly in line with volume targets
Lead logistics planning and supervise vehicle delivery operations
Ensure prompt delivery of motorbikes to dealers and end-users
Maintain compliance with local and international transport, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments within operations
Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure operational alignment
Present performance metrics and strategic plans to the executive team
Manage and forecast the annual operations budget, including cost analyses
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
