Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations lifecycle, including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and after-sales services. The role involves supervising logistics, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining compliance with regulations, and improving operational efficiencies. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and will be expected to lead budgeting and cost control measures while implementing new technologies and practices to drive growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and servicing of motorbikes
Ensure high-quality production and timely assembly in line with volume targets
Lead logistics planning and supervise vehicle delivery operations
Ensure prompt delivery of motorbikes to dealers and end-users
Maintain compliance with local and international transport, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments within operations
Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure operational alignment
Present performance metrics and strategic plans to the executive team
Manage and forecast the annual operations budget, including cost analyses
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation
