  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to operational activities, including incident reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.

  • Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to operational staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their roles effectively.

  • Risk Management: Assess operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure to potential hazards, liabilities, or losses.

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to operations promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance, logistics, customer service, and finance, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve operational objectives.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field is often required. Some positions may require a master's degree or relevant certifications.

  • Experience: Previous experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field is typically required. Experience in transportation, supply chain management, or aviation operations may be advantageous.
