Job Description
The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining filing systems, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. How to Apply
Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Order and manage office supplies inventory.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Education:
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in office administration.
Competencies and Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Additional Requirements:
Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
