Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out a cluster-level annual targeting and tracking plan aligned with project indicators
- Promote effective use of MEL tools and platforms in managing project activities at the district level
- Collect and submit regular data on youth participation, business performance, and impact
- Maintain up-to-date records of activities, participants, and outcomes
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit MEL progress and leverage reports per donor and HPI requirements
- Produce cluster-level monthly data analytical reports to inform project planning
- Document data-driven learnings and best practices for staff, partners, and front-line teams
- Maintain an updated database for all project activities per the MEL framework
- Review data submitted by front-line teams to verify accuracy of deliverables
- Track progress on KPIs and provide timely corrective recommendations
