Job Description
This role involves offering financial advice and solutions tailored to the needs of a specific market segment. The Advisor is accountable for individual performance, which includes identifying new business opportunities, retaining existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, maintaining CRM records, presenting tailored solutions, building customer relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and contributing to the organization’s business development initiatives. The Advisor represents Old Mutual at industry events to enhance visibility and gather market intelligence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver quality service while identifying opportunities for new business or retention.
Solutions Analysis: Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions.
Customer Interaction: Receive visitors, address requests, and refer complex matters as needed.
