Kuboresha-Africa Limited (KAL) is a new Regional Organization with headquarters in Uganda and implementing partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Burundi, DRC, Senegal, Malawi ,South Sudan and Liberia, The organization has established a consortium of 10 Community Organizations (CBOs) per district in Uganda focusing on integrated service delivery in community development with a niche in health, climate change, agrifood security, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), Communicable and non-communicable diseases, nutrition and sustainable livelihoods. The KAL Consortium structure was established in 2024 with technical guidance from USAID before the Executive Orders of the new Trump Administration. USAID was supposed to fund this consortium.

Job Description

Ensure programs are data-driven, results-oriented, and accountable to beneficiaries and donors.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop M&E frameworks and indicators.
  • Manage data collection tools and reporting systems.
  • Conduct baseline and evaluation studies.
  • Produce quarterly performance reports.
  • Lead learning and knowledge management processes.
