We are seeking a versatile and dynamic marketing professional to fill the role of Marketing Manager & Marketing Staff. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, from developing strategies to executing campaigns and managing a team.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, social media marketing, content creation, and public relations.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and media outlets.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and empower a team of marketing professionals.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure timely completion of marketing materials.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
