Job Description
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing activities for an assigned portfolio of brands under the CFAO Mobility Uganda multi-brand family. The role coordinates end-to-end campaigns, product launches, events, and activations to deliver impactful, on-brand, results-driven marketing.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all marketing activities for assigned brands.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and application across all touchpoints in alignment with the OEM brand guidelines.
- Act as the primary brand liaison for internal teams (Sales, Aftersales, HR, etc.), external agencies and partners.
- Develop and execute brand-specific marketing and campaign activities in accordance with the annual roadmap.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
- Plan and coordinate all brand-specific events, activations, and BTL activities.
- Coordinate all logistics, suppliers, agencies, and internal contributors.
- Deliver clear post activity reports with results and key learnings.
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead volumes, and lead quality.
- Work with sales and digital teams to ensure campaigns support commercial objectives.
- Use performance insights to recommend improvements and optimisations.
- Prepare clear briefs and coordinate with creative, media, events and production agencies
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery of brand assets while ensuring that outputs meet brand standards and CFAO expectations
- Follow CFAO procurement and governance processes.
- Monitor marketing spend for assigned brands against approved budgets.
- Support management reporting with clear performance and spend updates.
