Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communication Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, managing communications, and driving customer engagement through both digital and traditional channels.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in content marketing strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in using digital marketing platforms and tools.
Solid knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships both online and offline.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues using empathy and professionalism.
Creative thinker with a strong grasp of social media trends, campaigns, and audience engagement techniques.
