Job Description
As part of its re-organisation exercise aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing service delivery, the Council of ICPAU invites applications from suitably qualified, competent, and result-oriented Ugandans to fill the following positions:
To manage human resource functions and administrative operations to ensure effective organizational performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Oversee performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations and welfare.
- Supervise administrative services and facilities management.
