Job Title: Manager, Senior – Enterprise Coverage

Role Purpose:
As the Senior Manager – Enterprise Coverage, you will lead and manage a team of Business Bankers focused on the enterprise segment. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, service delivery, and portfolio growth by proactively identifying customer needs and offering tailored financial solutions. The role involves managing existing relationships, acquiring new clients, and removing obstacles to enable your team’s success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support Business Bankers to meet and exceed sales, service, and revenue targets.
Develop and implement operational plans and sales campaigns aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.
Drive proactive relationship management, including customer acquisition and retention.
Deliver customized financial solutions to enterprise clients using the bank’s suite of standard and specialized products.
Identify growth opportunities and manage risk within the client portfolio.
Collaborate with credit and compliance teams to ensure sound lending decisions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance team capability and performance.
Remove barriers to success and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in business or commercial banking, with a strong track record in sales and portfolio management.
Deep knowledge of financial products, credit, compliance, and risk management.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
