Job Title: Manager, Digital Adoption

Role Overview
The Manager, Digital Adoption will lead initiatives to increase customer adoption and usage of our digital platforms, aiming to boost revenue and enhance client experience across Personal and Private Banking channels. You will identify barriers to digital uptake, design and implement strategies to overcome them, and work closely with Client Coverage teams to drive engagement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive customer digital platform adoption through increased digital registrations and active utilization for both new and existing clients.
Analyze causes of low digital adoption and develop actionable proposals to address gaps; prepare and oversee implementation plans with Client Coverage teams.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) that promote digital engagement across web and social media platforms.
Provide consolidated reports on digital adoption trends across sectors and segments; support marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting digital channel usage.
Monitor competitor digital banking strategies to inform our adoption tactics and maintain competitive positioning.
Gather and analyze customer insights on digital channel usage through continuous collaboration with Client Coverage teams including branches, provinces, and voice channels.
Collaborate with Personalisation and MIS teams to analyze customer data, recommending corrective actions that meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in promoting or selling digital banking products or services.
Proven expertise in marketing and campaign design.
Experience in change management within digital banking or technology-driven environments.
