Translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
Operational Systems & Governance
Design and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure adherence to governance standards, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Program Management & Impact Delivery
Oversee the delivery of high-impact programs aligned with strategic priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
Identify and pursue funding opportunities from donors, development agencies, and the private sector.
Develop compelling funding proposals and maintain strong donor relationships.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and manage partnerships to enhance program execution and mobilize resources.
Represent the Incubator in external engagements, negotiate agreements, and oversee partnership deliverables.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Develop performance dashboards, M&E frameworks, and strategic reports.
Present insights and reports to senior leadership, governance bodies, and external stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience:
3–4 years’ experience managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
5–7 years’ experience engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders in a financial services environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on business performance, risk/reward analysis, and enterprise development.
