Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
The key purpose of this role is to ensure supply security at the best price and payment terms for the Logistics function. The individual needs to align the country’s procurement plans to the Zone Procurement strategy ensuring logistics spend and Champions initiatives are within budget. The position will work closely with the BU logistics teams, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.

Dedicated carrier productivity meetings
3PL Meetings - Measuring supplier performance and truck avail
RPSS meeting (Supplier recons, PR, PO processes, retroactive, supplier creation, etc) - SLA compliance
Logistics Leadership meeting
Logistics Execution
Plant/DC Alignment - Logs and Supply
Zone Logistics Procurement - (Report template, Action log, etc)
Able to work independently and take initiative and prioritize workload effectively.
Ability to build productive working relationships –internally and externally.
Strong interpersonal / business skills and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Ability to generate team cooperation.
Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information.
Ability to be flexible with duties and scope of work.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in business or related field.
3 -5 years prior related position experience required.
Advanced Computer skills (MS Office, Financial systems and knowledge would be an added advantage).
End to end SAP experience.
Strong sourcing/procurement related processes
