Procurements
Support in ensuring proper and timely completion of all procurement documents with sufficient and accurate supporting documentation.
Support in the collection of quotations based on WCH procurement procedure.
Assist in the completion of Purchase requests ensuring that these are correctly described and coded and in compliance with WCH and donor policies and procedures;
Ensure that each undertaken procurement is fully documented, in compliance with WCH/Donor requirements and documents are appropriately filed and safeguarded;
Assist in submitting weekly procurement updates and monthly Purchase Request Tracking Sheet(PRTS)
Transport
Ensure that all vehicles carry the required on-board documentation and that all documents are kept current (including insurance).
Support in bookings for staff travels, compile the drivers’ duty roster and weekly travel plans·
Support in updating the driver’s records as per the transport policy.
Equipment/Asset & Inventory management
Assist the logistics Officer on reconciling potential inventory shortages, Store specific issues or improvements.
Responsible for releasing of approved inventory from the store
Assist in updating stores records stock cards and inventory lists on a daily basis
Assist in updating the Assets/Equipment register and Inventory list.
Support the process of Equipment labelling of all Assets and Properties in the different sites.
Assist in maintaining proper filling system for the stores records.

Bachelors in Logistics Management, Business Administration and any other relevant skills.
Good communication skills, service oriented and a pro-active attitude
Result focused and persistent to reach goals
Technical knowledge and (basic) technical knowledge on cars. IT knowledge is preferred.
Efficient and conscious of time
Planning and organization skills
Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism
Accurate, consistent and transparent
Team player
Affinity with children and young people
Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
Ability to work well under pressure with diverse teams from all backgrounds and level.
MUST have completed a University degree.
