Job Description
To support the development and implementation of national capacity building initiatives in public procurement and disposal by executing targeted training, coaching, mentorship, and sensitization activities in alignment with the Authority’s strategic objectives, legal framework, and performance standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation and operationalize of the annual capacity building plan in line with the Authority’s strategic objectives and national procurement priorities.
- Deliver capacity building interventions across Procuring and Disposing Entities (PDEs) and stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs assessment.
- Develop and continuously update training materials and content. Support the planning, budgeting, and logistical coordination for capacity building programs and workshops.
- Conduct the post-training evaluation and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of interventions and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of digital and e-learning platforms to expand access to procurement knowledge and enhance learning outcomes.
