MOGO Uganda is hiring Sales Specialists to join its Logbook Loans division. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in the financial services sector, earn attractive commissions, and work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
What We Offer:
✅ Daily facilitation allowance: UGX 15,000
✅ Attractive commissions:
3.5% commission on every loan issued
Earn UGX 1,000,000 bonus for issuing loans worth UGX 50 million
Earn UGX 3,000,000 bonus for issuing loans worth UGX 100 million
✅ Monthly salary incentives:UGX 350,000 for issuing loans above UGX 10 million
✅ Referral rewards:UGX 300,000 for every successful agent you refer

How to Apply
Promote and sell MOGO’s Logbook Loan products to potential clients
Generate and follow up on leads, and close sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
High levels of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and in a team
