Job Description
Imani School, a fast-growing private school in Nansana Kabumbi, invites suitably qualified, motivated, and passionate individuals to apply for the following positions:
The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for nurturing, teaching, and guiding young learners through age-appropriate learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe and stimulating environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Early Childhood Development curriculum.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document learners’ progress and development.
- Support children’s social skills, behavior, and emotional wellbeing.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on learner progress.
- Organize learning materials, classroom displays, and play-based activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and child safeguarding standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
