Job Description
Jubilee Insurance is inviting applications from motivated business graduates and final-year students interested in building a career in insurance financial advisory and sales.
The program offers training, mentorship, and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling insurance products to individuals and businesses.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients through networking and outreach.
- Educating clients on insurance products and financial planning solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Conducting client meetings and presentations to explain policy benefits.
- Assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance products based on their needs.
- Supporting clients throughout the policy application and onboarding process.
- Following up on leads and maintaining an active client pipeline.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Participating in training, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews.
