Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program will expose successful applicants to work-based training by working alongside senior professionals executing various scopes. Trainees will be assigned to work at various worksites across Uganda for 3 months, including activities in the oil and gas exploration districts and at the Kampala head office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and record-keeping processes
- Work alongside senior finance professionals to execute assigned tasks
- Participate in field assignments across oil and gas operational areas
- Contribute to compliance, documentation, and audit preparation tasks
- Learn and apply financial systems, tools, and company procedures
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the finance team
