Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program will expose successful applicants to work-based training by working alongside senior professionals executing various scopes. Trainees will be assigned to work at various worksites across Uganda for 3 months, including activities in the oil and gas exploration districts and at the Kampala head office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and operational activities across various projects
- Assist in coordinating transport, cargo movement, and service delivery
- Work with senior staff to ensure smooth execution of operational plans
- Participate in field assignments within oil and gas operational areas
- Monitor workflows and help ensure efficiency in operations
- Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation
- Support inventory tracking, equipment handling, and site coordination
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and timelines
- Communicate with teams to support planning and problem-solving on-site
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes
