Job Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an IT Support Officer. The role focuses on providing first-line technical support, maintaining IT systems and equipment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic system, application, and connectivity problems.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing and retrieving IT equipment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as required.
  • Assist in maintaining data backup procedures and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Document support requests, solutions provided and maintain accurate service logs.
