Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee provide level 1 technical support during the deployment of the MobiCare App and Dashboard in a clinical setting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the front-line point of contact for technical assistance responsible for resolving basic end-user issues such as: facilitating client onboarding, password resets, guiding users through software usage, and general troubleshooting.
- Contribute technical insights, and engage in problem-solving discussions.
- Collect and accurately record user feedback and evaluation data.
- Report on tasks handled, challenges and resolutions to supervisors.
