The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure. This includes providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, managing IT assets, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency at the head office and across all sites.

How to Apply
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network management, and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
Proficiency in IT asset management, network protocols, and current technology trends.
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
