To track audit and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and accuracy of the ERP on the side of inventory.
Check inventory team routines that impact KPI and ensure they are measured daily weekly and monthly through reporting.
To lead the inventory team and provide leadership for training and development in areas of weakness that will have been identified.
To manage inventory days.
Post review and explain all inventory count variances as well as inventory valuation.
To manage and execute end-month closure routines.
To establish and execute cycle count schedules and identify the cycle count discrepancies in the ABC
To maintain and review inventory positions as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, and production schedules.
Lead the team practices and ensure execution

Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in FMCG warehousing
Experience in managing decentralized warehouses.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Inventory Management tools.
