Job Description
Successful applicants will participate in an Internship Programme designed to provide practical experience in areas such as Helpdesk support, Application Development, Business Analysis, and Systems Analysis. Interns will be integrated into the ICT department and work under the supervision of experienced professionals. They will assist in technical support, software development, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and other ICT-related duties. The internship offers a monthly stipend of R 7,450.62 and is ideal for graduates seeking to build careers in ICT within the public sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in Gfleet’s ICT Internship Programme
Provide helpdesk and technical support services
Assist in software/application development and implementation
Engage in business and systems analysis tasks
Support ICT operations and infrastructure projects
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Perform administrative ICT duties as required
Participate in team meetings, documentation, and training sessions

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Qualification:
National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology with specialization in one or more of the following:
Helpdesk

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt in a structured environment
