Job Description
The role involves creating and maintaining moderate to complex software applications and integration services. Responsibilities include coding, refactoring, debugging, and supporting systems in continuous delivery pipelines. The Engineer will execute duties aligned with engineering standards and application architecture guidelines, ensure all activities are auditable, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. The role also includes coaching junior engineers and contributing to platforms for data processing and visualization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Apply software engineering principles to develop and maintain software solutions
Design, code, test, and debug applications
Ensure compliance with application lifecycle and architectural standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals
Mentor junior engineers on technical and documentation standards
Conduct end-to-end system and program tests
Support and maintain systems in production environments
Contribute to data platforms for analysis and decision-making

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology (Minimum)
Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology (Preferred)
Experience:
5–7 years of experience translating business/functional requirements into technical specifications
8–10 years of experience in modern engineering practices (DevOps, Agile)
Proven experience across various IT Engineering disciplines with specialization in at least one
