Integrated Solutions Manager – Uganda Job at GardaWorld

Job Description
Reporting To the Country Director – Uganda, The Integrated Solutions Manager (ISM) is responsible for developing and managing the Integrated Solutions Business in Uganda. This is a client-facing leadership role that emphasizes integrating technology to mitigate client risk, optimize operations, and deliver cost efficiencies. The ISM will lead technical sales, project implementation, and operations of integrated security solutions while ensuring alignment with GardaWorld’s strategic goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
Develop and promote the integrated solutions business with current and new clients.
Lead technical sales activities including surveys, system design, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
Manage client relationships, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with internal sales, CRM, and operations teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
Mobilize new contracts and support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, conferences, and product trials.
Operational Leadership & Technical Oversight
Oversee all technical operations, ensuring projects are implemented on time and within budget.
Lead the development and monitoring of business unit budgets, strategies, and resource allocation.
Develop organizational arrangements, systems, and processes for operational efficiency and compliance.
Ensure deployment of compliant equipment, systems, and technologies in line with SS-MEA integrated solutions standards.
Deliver operational excellence programs including technical staff training, business development training, health and safety protocols, and tools/equipment readiness.
Implement customer service protocols and manage service/maintenance schedules via CRM Field Service Management platforms.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the integrated solutions operations team.
Assess staff capability, identify skill gaps, and implement training and succession planning initiatives.
Foster a high-performing, cohesive, and motivated team aligned with GardaWorld values.
Financial & Performance Management
Accountable for the business unit P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Develop cost and pricing proposals for integrated solutions, collaborating with the Commercial Support Team.
Produce robust internal and external performance and financial reports.
Facilitate internal audits and implement resulting action plans to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
Authority & Accountability
The ISM operates under the direction of the Country Director and is accountable for delivering all responsibilities outlined in this role. Performance is measured through KPIs, mid-year, and annual reviews.
