Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the Human Resource function. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The position requires a strong leader with excellent people management and organizational development skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage employee performance management systems and appraisals.
- Promote a positive work culture and handle employee relations and welfare matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee training and capacity-building programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Manage staff discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain an updated HR database, records, contracts, and documentation.
- Develop compensation and benefits structures and ensure payroll coordination support.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management.
- Promote health, safety, and employee well-being in the workplace.
